Event Recap: Lara Worthington X Local Supply launches at Harrolds Sydney

What do you get when you fuse one of Australia’s enduring ‘Cool Girls’ with an artfully-designed eyewear label from Bondi? Sleek, sustainably-made, seriously chic frames fit for all fashion devotees. Introducing: Lara Worthington X Local Supply.

Just the other week, Harrolds’ Sydney store played host to the ultimate launch soirée for Lara Worthington’s sophisticated collaboration with Local Supply eyewear, just in time for a very well-accessorised summer.

Sleek, sustainably-made, seriously chic frames

The Harrolds halls were graced by the multi-hyphenate model and entrepreneur, as well as a bevy of local influencers and our treasured clients. This was not only a dazzling debut of the limited edition capsule sunglasses trove, but also a unique opportunity to meet and greet Worthington herself.

As an independent, Australian-owned label committed unwaveringly to conscious design, Local Supply is a welcome addition to the Harrolds retail experience. Two styles are at the crux of the exclusive drop, including the LW01 and LW02. While the LW01 is 90s-inspired and snatched, the LW02 is an ode to the chic wayfarer silhouette (but modernised).

Created via a labour of love (and Lara)

Crafted from plant-based frames and handmade with Mazzucchelli acetate, you can slip these shades on knowing they’ve been created via a labour of love (and Lara). Each shape comes in four colourways including black, burgundy, brown and grey. Choosing your signature style will be no mean feat.

Discover the Lara Worthington X Local Supply collaboration exclusively in-store at Harrolds Sydney, coming soon to online. Explore our full range of sunglasses right here and prepare your shades wardrobe for seasonal glory.

Glean a glimpse at the frames through our event night imagery, and relive the atmospheric energy of this electric night in Australian fashion.
